Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Vanguard Bio products and services. By placing an order or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Vanguard Bio website, placing orders, or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vanguard Bio, Inc. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
2.Products and Research Use
All products sold by Vanguard Bio are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only. Products are not approved for diagnostic, clinical, or non-research use, food, cosmetic, or household use. Buyers assume full responsibility for ensuring that products are used in compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations. Each product is accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (COA) documenting purity and specifications.
3.Ordering Process
Orders are placed through our website and are subject to review and acceptance by Vanguard Bio. Submission of an order does not constitute a binding agreement until the order has been confirmed by our team. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed for non-research purposes. Institutional verification may be required before order processing.
4.Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping, handling, or applicable taxes, which will be calculated at the time of invoicing. Payment terms are Net 30 for verified institutional accounts. For all other customers, payment is required prior to shipment. We accept purchase orders from verified institutions, as well as credit card and wire transfer payments.
5.Shipping and Delivery
Vanguard Bio ships to verified research institutions and laboratories within the United States and select international destinations. Shipping methods and carriers are determined based on product requirements, including temperature-sensitive materials that require cold chain shipping. Estimated delivery times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Additional fees may apply for expedited shipping, international orders, or special handling requirements.
6.Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only for items that are damaged during shipping, defective, or do not match the specifications listed on the Certificate of Analysis. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receipt. Products that have been opened, contaminated, or improperly stored are not eligible for return. Approved returns will be replaced or refunded at Vanguard Bio’s discretion. Customers must contact our support team to initiate any return.
7.Limitation of Liability
Vanguard Bio provides products on an "as is" basis for research use only. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vanguard Bio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim. Vanguard Bio makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of products for any particular purpose beyond documented specifications.
8.Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. By using our services, you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
